Solid particles suspended in fluids can cause serious damage to pumps and similar machines. For this reason, it is advisable to provide an optimized filtration system based on the size and type of pump to be protected.
Filtration Group has identified as the solution to the problem the introduction of a manually operated VS 87 duplex filter and wire mesh filter elements (800 μm). The low pressure drops through the filter and the valves avoid cavitation inside the pump.
