Lubropoint is pleased to present a filter basket used for the management of the self-cleaning filter drain.
Thanks to a filter basket in washable PET fabric, the processing liquid is recovered in its entirety and returned to the production line. This obviously brings significant economic benefits.
In the video it is possible to see the filter basket in all its parts, the basket just installed on the machine tool and the basket during use. You can clearly see the cast iron powder filtered by the filter basket: the liquid has passed under the basket and returned to the tank.
Can be used with both neat and water-based emulsifiable cutting oils.
