ALPA DEW (De-Watering) is a mobile Lubropoint system dedicated to the removal of free water from various types of oils. The electric pump sends the oil to the pre-filter, whose purpose is to keep the coalescing element in the separator healthy. The membranes increase the water molecules and intercept them via a hydrophobic barrier. These accumulate in the lower area of ​​the separator to be subsequently discharged. An emptying system expels the water collected in the lower tank. The system operates in by-pass and is completely automatic thanks to the numerous sensors installed and the control logic on the electrical panel.
