The PI 2000 Filtration Group filter is used for low pressure lines and is designed according to DIN 24550.

Filtration of water, lubricating oil and water/oil coolant.
- Multiple filter elements available from 3 to 100 µm.
- Cartridge condition monitoring with integrated 2.2 bar differential pressure switch.
- Optional bypass valve calibrated at 3.5 bar.
- Extensive flow rate range from 40 to 400 l/min.
- Operating pressure: 63 bar (up to 100 l/min) – 32 bar (up to 400 l/min).
- Compact design.
- Minimal pressure drop.
- The filter surface is sized to ensure long life at adequate flow rates.
- The DIN 24550 standard allows for interchangeable filter elements.
- Allow sufficient space for maintenance.
- The differential pressure switch indicates when the filter element needs to be replaced.
- The cartridge is replaced by unscrewing the lower housing.
- The wire mesh elements can be restored using an ultrasonic bath or by manual cleaning.
