The Oss-1 / Oss-1-electric static oxygenator is a compressed air oxygenation system for cutting fluid accumulation tanks (or other liquids with oil) that creates a layer preventing the liquid from oxygenating. Positioned on the bottom of the tank, the oxygenator delivers tiny compressed air bubbles through ceramic filters into the tank, creating an upward movement from the bottom to promote the natural rising of the dirt off the bottom of the tank.
Immersed in a tank at a depth of 100 cm, the oxygenator has a diameter of influence of 100 cm. The oxygen acts on the fatty part of the liquid, thus improving the quality of the product over time.
