FDU PiW Duplex
The FDU PiW Duplex system is used for separating water from fuel. It features a switching valve and the parallel connection of filters to increase flow rates. An additional manual valve allows the separated water to be drained during the process.

Applications
The FDU (Fuel Dewatering Unit) system is primarily used to separate water from fuel in:
- boats;
- power plants for generating energy from liquid fuels;
- heating systems;
- earthmoving machinery.
- Maximum inlet water content 1,500 ppm.
- Outlet water concentration 60 ppm.
- Maximum flow rate 800 l/h.
- Maximum ambient temperature 55°C.
- Maximum fluid temperature 45°C.
- A wide range of usable operating fluids.
- Very efficient system in a small space thanks to the compact design.
- Low operating costs.
- It requires little maintenance.
- The filter’s clogging status is monitored by a differential pressure switch.
- When the differential pressure switch is activated, the element must be replaced.
