Filtration of cooking oil for donut production

During the doughnut frying process, some dough and sugar particles can detach and remain suspended in the oil. This can cause, in addition to faster oil aging, also clogging problems in the heat exchanger coils that heat the fluid. Filtration Group has implemented an AF 7383 automatic stainless steel scraper filter with two filter elements to remove solid particles from the cooking oil.
