KFWA – Fuel Treatment for Diesel Engines

soluzione lubropoint

Large, latest-generation common-rail engines, with operating pressures reaching 2,500 bar, require highly efficient filtration and dehydration of the supplied fuel. Water and suspended particles reduce the operating time of the engine’s main filters, high-pressure pumps and injectors, and can lead to significant problems in the medium to long term, such as corrosion of certain components or the growth of microorganisms. Filtration Group has developed a technology that combines the action of a traditional filter and special coalescing membranes in a single element, drastically reducing the contaminant and free water content from 1,000 to 70 ppm. The system can be implemented in-line in front of the engine (MAIN version) or on the tank (BY version).

vantaggi

  • High operational safety thanks to its robust and flexible design
