OFFLINE FILTRATION SYSTEM ALPA SRG-1

The ALPA SRG-1 system is Lubropoint’s solution for filtering all low-viscosity fluids with contaminants of any kind. It is designed and optimized for simple and quick installation, offering configurations that best suit the customer’s needs.

Applications:

Thanks to the high versatility provided by the AF 113 series automatic filters, the system can be implemented in numerous applications where high filtration performance is required, even in the presence of solid particles that are difficult to treat. It is designed to operate in bypass mode, but with dedicated engineering, an online solution can also be provided.

How it works:

The feed pump draws fluid from the main tank and sends it to the filter, where particles are deposited on the filter element. When the desired contamination level is reached, through differential pressure monitoring, the pressure switch sends a signal to the control panel to start the cleaning cycle. Contaminants are removed and discharged, all without interrupting the filtration process.
